Project Manager & Customer Success Specialist

We're looking for someone who combines project management with customer success, making sure our products and services are delivered on time and meet agreed goals. You'll coordinate internal and external teams, oversee deadlines and deliverables, and stay in direct contact with clients to monitor their satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate project phases, from kick-off to closing
Liaise with internal teams (Product, Tech, AI Engineering) and any external vendors
Oversee deadlines, milestones and quality of deliverables
Be the direct point of contact for the client throughout the project
Monitor client satisfaction and flag risks or issues early
Support the COO in managing company certifications and pursuing new ones
Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery processes

Requirements

Previous experience in project management and/or customer success, ideally in tech/software
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
Effective communication skills, both internally and with clients
Proactive approach to managing deadlines and unexpected issues
Good knowledge of English

€28,000-35,000 gross annual salary based on experience
Initial 1-year fixed-term contract, aimed at a permanent position
