Software Developer

We are looking for a Software Developer with 2–5 years of experience to actively contribute to the development of real products, writing production code and taking direct ownership of core features. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to technical and architectural decisions. This role is ideal for someone who already has experience with production systems and wants to consolidate their skills, growing their autonomy and impact on products built on modern technologies and AI.

What you'll do

Develop, release, and maintain production features
Design and implement end-to-end features (design → development → deployment → monitoring)
Collaborate with product, AI, and business stakeholders in an Agile environment
Integrate frontend with backend services and AI-based components
Actively contribute to technical decisions and architecture evolution
Continuously improve code quality, testing, and development processes

What we're looking for

BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
2–5 years of experience as a software developer on real production systems
Backend experience (Node.js or Python)
Strong ability to write clean, testable, and maintainable code
Experience working on existing codebases and contributing to their evolution
Good understanding of REST APIs, databases, and deployment pipelines
Ability to work autonomously on complex tasks with limited supervision
Interest in AI-based products and modern software development
Good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Fluent in Italian and English
Experience in Agile / startup environments
Availability to work from our Turin office at least 3 days a week

Nice to have

Experience with LLM-based systems or AI integrations
Familiarity with testing, CI/CD, and automation
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Experience in startup or product development environments
Experience working directly with clients or users
Proactive attitude and sense of ownership
